Free Sheet Music for Christmas

For Christmas this year, we wanted to share a piece of free sheet music for a popular Christmas carol with you. It’s an old German tune, that translates into English as “Lo, How A Rose E’er Blooming.”

The famous German composer, Michael Praetorius, set the piece for choirs more than 400 years ago, and so this carol is well-known among choir singers.

So please go ahead, download the score below and enjoy this wonderful piece of music in FORTE.

Note, the file also contains the harmonies for the song. This means you can export the song into Bandora and experiment using new sounds for the old folk tune. (Our favorite is the “Hip Hop” style. Praetorius really rocks!)
